    How to submit an application through DocCafe.com

    It's critical to make a good first impression when applying for jobs, and DocCafe.com makes it easy! Follow these simple instructions and you'll be applying for jobs like a pro in no time!

    Step 1: Prepare your application

    When applying through DocCafe.com, links to your profile and to your CV are sent to the company that posted the job. That's why it is important to complete your profile and upload a resume before any applications are submitted. Our Candidate Services Department is a great resource when it comes to filling out profiles and making sure that your resume does you justice! Contact us today to find out about our professional branding services.

    Step 2: Find a job and click "Apply Now".

    Once your profile is updated and your CV is uploaded, you're ready to start applying! Go to "Search Jobs" (located on the left in the navigation bar) and enter the desired criteria in the advanced search box. Click "Search" and ta-da! Your results are in! Scroll down to preview your results and click on the job title to view more information, including location, benefits, contact information and more!

    When you're ready to apply, click "Apply Now" at the top of the page, write a brief message to the company and then click "Submit Application" at the bottom of the page.

    Step 3: Follow up on your application

    Your application will be sent to the appropriate contact person for that job. If you would like to follow up on your application via phone, simply go to "My Job Applications" (also located in the navigation bar on the left-hand side of the page). A history of your job applications will be listed here, and contact information for each company will be available by clicking on the job postings.

    Tips

    1. If the criteria entered in the search box is too specific it restricts the number of jobs that will show up in the search results. This might cause you to miss out on some really great opportunities. For the best search results, we recommend searching only by job type, specialty and state.

    2. Deciding to keep profile information confidential does not limit your ability to submit applications. Submitting your application will give only that company permission to view your information while keeping it confidential to all other companies that use our site.

    3. All jobs are posted by other companies. DocCafe.com does not partake in any aspect of the hiring process, but we are happy to assist you in navigating our website and directing you to the correct company contacts.

  • Check Existing Ticket

    If you've already created a ticket and just need to check the status of that ticket, simply enter the email address you used to create the ticket below and click the button.

  • Click Here to Reset the Header

    You can customize the header by uploading two separate files.

    The background image and goes from the left side to the right side or the screen.

    The header image should contain your companies logo and anything else you wish to put on it. It will lay on top of the background image.

    The header image should be 1138 pixels wide and the same height as the background.
    Anything smaller than 1138 pixels will work as well (It centered across the top.)
